Miette Hot Springs will remain closed for the 2020 season
Parks Canada has followed local health guidelines and provincial regulations to reopen many visitor experiences at national parks and national historic sites across Canada. The health and safety of Canadians, park visitors and Parks Canada team members remains our top priority.
Miette Hot Springs, along with Miette Road, Pocahontas Campground and Miette Bungalows will remain closed for the 2020 operating season. Parks Canada continues to welcome Canadians to visit Jasper National Park and the surrounding area and anticipates reopening Miette Hot Springs in the spring of 2021.
Parks Canada reminds all visitors to arrive prepared when visiting Canada’s national parks. Every visit should start with a trip to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and your visit to Jasper National Park. Here you can find up to date information on what is open, what is closed and how to visit the park safely. We need your help to keep Canada’s parks safe and clean. When visiting national parks, only visit areas that are open, always adhere to the guidance of public health authorities, and be respectful of other visitors.
Thank you for your patience.
