Like many tourism businesses, we are operating at reduced staffing levels. 💚Please be patient and kind as day-to-day operations may change.

Please remember:

☑️Stay home if you aren’t feeling well.

👉Entry is first come, first served. Reservations are not available.

🕑Please limit your visit to 30 - 60 minutes.

🏊Lifeguards are on duty. Pool capacity is based on a 1:75 lifeguard to patron ratio. Capacity levels will be reduced if short staffed.

🕶 Dress for the weather and bring a water bottle. Lengthy outdoor waits may occur during peak hours.

🍺Consuming alcohol or intoxicating substances is not permitted.

🍔Food is only permitted in the café (second floor) and the outdoor picnic area on the upper terrace.

We are continuing to welcome Canadians to visit Banff National Park and reminding all visitors to arrive prepared. Every visit should start with a trip to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and your visit to Banff National Park webpage. Here you can find up to date information about what is open, what is closed, and how to visit the park safely.

We need your help to keep Canada’s national parks safe and clean. When visiting national parks, remember your travel manners - only visit areas that are open, always adhere to public health advice and be respectful of staff and other visitors.

Thank you for your patience and we look forward to welcoming you back to Banff Upper Hot Springs in the future.
